Explain pledge options and ask for a generous contribution. Also, ask your donors if their company will match their gift. This is a great way to double your dollars! Ask your donor to complete their company’s matching gift form or email a completed hard copy of the form to the Variety office.
Thank the individual for considering/making a pledge of support. A simple thank you note goes a long way in making your donor feel appreciated for their contribution.
